Opinions in performance chips. Also want to know if long tube headers are better or short tube is the way to go

From what I've heard long tubes have higher peak hp numbers but sacrifice a lot of back pressure reducing torque down low. I am running pacesetter mid-tubes.

My understanding is that long tubes produce more low end torque than short tubes

For a 94 your better off leaving any "performance chips" alone. Get yourself a cable and the free software for obd1 lt1s and learn to tune it yourself. Spend the money you save on a wideband.
