Default Hooker & Jet-Hot LT owners...

Have you had any problems with the slip fit on the #1 primary? I have been seeing a lot about this...a lot of people say they have exhaust leaks, and some people say everything is just fine. So have you all had any problems?

The two sets of Jet-Hots I installed I actually had to sand down the primary tube to fit into the coupler, it was way to thick...

Mine slipped right in without any problems, and have no leaks for over a month now...

Okay, makes me feel a little better...it seems that all I'm reading now that my longtubes will be here Friday are how the #1 primary leaks all the time. Getting a little scared. But that makes me feel a little better....

Default sounds like a fun project

i would definatly go to AFR heads I would also since the budget is fairly large why not get a sheet metal intake from wilson while your at it. Also what kind of block you buying a Dart or Merlin, give me a budget like that and I would go banannas

The Jet Hot LT's have been on my '94 for about a month now. No probs with the slip fit on that primary tube.

Awesome....did you put anything on the tube before or did you just slide it into place?

Mine slid in fine to test fit, but couldnt get it out easily. Took it out, had to sand it down to get it back in. No leaks at all though. Very happy with jet-hots.
