Default Code 51 and others after recent scan

Also posted over on LTX

Went to O'Reilly last week and got my car scanned. Came back with 8 codes:

-42
-43
-44
-45
-51
-53
-54
-55

Ive talked to a few different people so far and it seems the consensus is I need to fix code 51 before I touch anything else. The car idles rough(fluctuating between 510 and 580 at operating temp), surges audibly and visually(rpm and voltage gauge), does not accelerate over 2100-2200 rpm without some kind of shaking. Feels like all the timing is gone. Lloyd Elliott suggested that the car is in limp mode and I need to replace the computer and check out my entire harness for damage. Moe Bailey also told me to attempt to source another computer to attempt to eliminate the issues as well as check out the opti using the shbox.com check method.

If anyone else has any ideas, I would love to hear them. Im going to go ahead and attempt to find another computer local if I can. If anyone has one they would let go for cheap PM me.

I'd get a second scan from another source and see what it says (maybe even after a PCM reset). Code 54 is not even a valid code for your car.

I followed the instructions on your website and tested the ICM harness and opti harness. Both had all the appropriate readings. I will go get it rescanned now and see what I get. Thank you for responding and thank you for your website. Ive been using it for years.

Well it doesnt seem like the car is throwing any codes at idle. I used the Scan9495 program to do an idle log. The obvious things looking crazy are the bank2 fuel trim and o2 voltages. They are all over the place. Bank 1 is a lot more stable.
