Swap the heads/intake (and the fuel rails) on the cars so that the '96 has the LE hardware.
Get a new cam and appropriate valve springs from LE for the '96.
And then.....if you're not too attached to the '93.....sell it.....for a reasonable price.
It's what I'd do, anyway.

When I cammed my 94Z, I changed the Opti to the 95+ vented unit so the cam was ordered to reflect that change.
If you end up swapping the complete '93 engine into the '96, make sure you don't forget to put a pilot bearing in the back of the crankshaft if your '93 is an Auto!
