Is the exhaust hanger on the transmission the same for all 93-02 fbodies regardless of engine size and transmission type?

 

There's two parts to it; the part with the rubber bushing that bolts to the tranny tailhousing, and the exhust mount that bolts to the y-pipe and slips into the bushing.

The part that bolts to the tranny is transmission specific, I can tell you that. I'm unsure if 93-02 are the same, as GM lists different part numbers for them. But the A4 and M6 ones are different. The other part might be the same, but I can't say for sure. The V6 bracket is completely different from the V8 ones.

Your best bet is to just get the one specific for your engine/tranny.
