Curious to know where your power peak will be. Pretty close to the grind I had on a 112lsa.

I will let you know. Kip is shipping the cam out tomorrow at the latest. Talked to him today. Hopefully there is a nice gain from my last cam. E85 might skew my results vs. yours a little. Sounds like your car still drove around well with your cam. I was hoping I wouldn't have problems with my brakes.

I had an average of 11" of vacuum with my cam. I could definitely tell the clamping difference at different engine speeds. I have Z06 brakes so wasn't that big a deal.
Here's a vid of when I had 3.73's while in 5th gear. Thing was so tame:

Damn shouldn't be too bad then. I am going from roughly 9 degrees of overlap to 23. With my 4.30's I don't see why I can't lug around in 5th still.

Agreed, you will notice a big difference from what you had. Should work nicely with the 4.30 gears.

That's what I like to hear thanks for the replies. This car has all the little things too. From Kooks stepped headers, Kooks true dual exhaust, chris1313 non A/C ram air, SLP lid setup, bigger MAF and I am sure Solomon will have no problem dialing the car back in. If the MAF looks to be restricting the intake I may even have him tune without it and remove it. Should have it done by the end of the month easy. Will plan to hit the track in October.

Kip told me he had to modify the front of the cam before shopping it out. I think that's what he meant. Goal is to have it done tomorrow.

Oh it's a hot cam alright. Still getting 11inches of vacuum. Had the bank one o2 fail in the middle of tuning.Threw a P0132 in the middle of tuning. Car went way rich and lost some power. She is pretty powerfull now. I did a rolling burn out Sunday in first and second gear on some freshly paved asphalt.

Too late in the season for a track outing. Will have to wait till next season. Updated thread with a short speedo vid.
