Your battery may be getting low from all the start attempts with little charge time which can make the starter slow to engage/disengage. Might want to charge the battery if you can or at least check to see if it reads 12.8 vdc with motor not running
Battery voltage was good. The ICM did solve the hot no start last night. Was able to get a better video of the car today. Not touching it til I can get this figured out, the sound is not very Pleasant to day the least. It's almost like something is binding up.

Sounds more like the starter is not disengaging fast enough or you are still holding the key on when it "trys" to start. Sounds like starter gear teeth hitting FW teeth

You can pull the inspection cover off the bell-housing and look at FW teeth and/or pull starter. Generally the starter teeth will strip before FW IIRC . Any wear should be clear "if" that is the source of your noise. From this side of the keyboard....hard to hear what may be a clearer sound in person

Car sure should start faster though...

Kind of sounds like the starter not disengaging in the video. I would check out the starter before cranking the engine any more as you could mess up the teeth on the flywheel.

The car didn't ever take that long to start up at all. No hesitation at all starting up for the first time after the cam swap, fired right up. So my starter could possibly be the problem? It sounds like it's working properly until the grinding noise happend. Could it just be going out? The car only had 84k on it, had 82 when I got it. It probably still has the factory starter on it but I haven't looked.

Shes back! Replaced the starter and she still wouldn't run, put a new opti, opti harness, and an ICM and now she runs great. Car is very consistent throughout the RPM range, definitely a noticeable difference in performance. Tune from Moe is great!!! Been so busy with trying to get the motor running I haven't had a chance to mess with the stall or rear gears. After they go in I will definitely be making a drive to the track come springs. I will upload a video tomorrow!
