It is a rear mount. And I don't have anymore pics. It's a 210 afr head, and he is still running the factory water pump and optispark. Other than that, that's about all I know about the car. I wish I knew how much injector and fuel pump it took to feed that beast. Oh, and it's not on race fuel. It is a pump gas car.

Yup, and where I live it's available at probably 90% of the gas stations. Also doesn't hurt that it's $1.59 A gallon. That is how I justify driving the camaro more than my daily. 112 octane for $1.59.....I'll take it.

Looks like he's running a 6 point cage or am I missing something? ? ? He should get the cage up to spec not only so that he can run full tilt without worrying about being harassed but also for himself and family etc. 170+ is nothing to play around with.

 

A cage is kinda like smoking, people know the risk, but do it anyway. Some people go all out with the cage thing, some don't. Personal preference I guess. But yea, 170 sounds scary to me. Would LOVE to experience it though!

 

Knew someone who put a cage together with PVC pipe. Got away with it for awhile before he was found out.

I think That is Jessie coulter's car. Runs 7.50s. He is from Bowling green. I think he runs in a Real/True street class. It is a LS car. He will be running at the LS Fest Saturday. He was at Beech bend Last Saturday night testing.

lol, to make us think we had a chance?!?! There were a couple cars there that could have given him a run for the money, if I had just a couple more runs under my belt on a new combination I could have given him a run. I know exactly how fast that car is, so I didn't need him to turn it down to make me think I had a chance. Not saying I would have run faster than him, or beat him, but the competition WASN'T eliminated before the event began.

Tyree is a really good guy, and has some great stories. Hung out a bit after the awards that night. Good times!

But in all seriousness, your car is more of a racecar than street car right? And if it was running the times that are in your sig, I can't see how you would have given that 3rd Gen a close run. And this is even with him hotlapping the car. Looking at your 60ft....ET....and trap, I just can't see it. With the 60ft....that's an instant 2 cars on the last amber. ET....Bout 3 cars.....and lord....the trap....almost a full 20mph. Again not bagging on you or your car, mine isn't even on the same planet with either your car. ...or his lol.
