Default Which wideband?

I'm looking at getting a wideband but I don't know much about them. I would think all I need is a basic gauge without the ability to data log or connect to tuning software. I'm not even aware of any LT1 tuning software that has that ability. Can I pretty much get away with going with the best looking gauge? Somebody school me on this.

Got the fast wide band that has dual input, playback and i believe you can hook it up to ac pressure switch to data log. I have mine mounted like a gps up by headliner

I have this one mounted in the middle AC vent. There is a write-up about changing one of the other sensors (AC pressure switch?) on C.A.T.S. Tuner for logging the serial data from the gauge.

I've got a few picked out based purely on looks but I'm not sure if the higher priced ones are worth the money.

I have an AEM UEGO on my ricer that I am happy with, and it has the output wire for datalogging or separate hardware. I can actually plug the gauge output into the piggyback that connects to the factory computer and use it to auto target a specific AFR for basic self tuning...wish LT1s had something like that!

For OEM engines / daily drivers / low budget racing the AEM $150 sensor/gauge is both reliable (when installed in the proper location i.e. away from the turbo) and looks decent ( easy to read ) Its also great because: no calibration

AEM on all my cars. Good value. No logging, but that is what the output is for.
Lead gas kills the sensors fast, but that is pretty much a rule for all.

another AEM UEGO here works great, have it wired into the A/C pressure sensor so I can log with it too
