Exclamation fly wheel looks off center?

Hello i have a carburated lt1 engine that i am putting in an 84 chevy c10 pickup truck. anyways the motor has 100 thousand miles butt has new seals. water pump. gaskets eta. plus the motor has no modifications besides headers and intake manifold. my question is can the flywheel be offset? i know for sure its not bent but when bolted up the fly wheel is closer to right side of the block then the left. like two lines that are not parallel. plz answer back and thanks. this is the first time i have seen an engine out of a car and complete.

Rotate the motor by hand and see if it wobbles side to side.
Be the quickest way to confirm if it's off center or not
