LT1 Cold start issues/sputtering

LT1 Cold start issues/sputtering I have a 95 z28, On cold start the car will crank for about 5 seconds before it starts. Once driving and giving it gas as RPM's rise it will sputter/jerk. If I try to WOT it basically won't respond. Once the car is fully warmed up it runs great like the issue was never there. The car has new plugs and MSD wires which I did when I did my long tubes hoping it would fix the problem. My next guess is the fuel pump is going out. I feel like I don't have enough fuel pressure until its fully warm. I do have a new 255lph fuel pump Im doing Thursday, If this don't work should I guess.... Opti? Or could it be something else? I feel like if it was an opti issue I would have problems all around weather its cold or warm. Any guesses or am I on the right track with the fuel pump? I just dont wanna keep guessing if it turns out not to be the pump. Fuel filter was replaced maybe 10k ago
Get a fuel pressure tester and see what pressure is without the vacuum line on the pressure regulator. Should be between 43 and 45psi. Anything done to the engine mods wise? Any SES light?
