Thanks for the compliment! For TT's, mounting up high (one where CAI goes and one where battery goes) is tough to do unless you ditch the stock accessory bracket and move the alt down low on driver's side.
i have done a couple low mount TT's, pics on my site under the TT section. Kit ditches A/c and front swaybar, but keeps factory accessory bracket and stock k.
Fir or a dedicated track car, dumping the exhaust up front makes things easier.

the was my concern with envisioning it in my head but i have little to no exp with turbos. imo ideal mirror image they would be mounted up high like you said ive seen lots your your pics with the singles mounted drivers side. the battery would be relocated out back but the task would be the alt i assume. dumping exhaust out the front fender ?
you could do fender dumps, or just dump to the ground in front of the K.
