PCM Problems After Fix

After the JET DST software bricked my pcm from not installing correctly, I sent it to JET and they repaired it for free. I went to flash the pcm after installing the software correctly and it won't connect to the pcm. I also noticed there are no lights on in the cluster or car. Only thing lit up blinking erratically is the security light. JET said they may have flashed the wrong year stock tune for my car. Anyone have any other ideas. JET is sending me a stock tune but that doesn't help me not being able to communicate with the pcm. Any ideas?
