Shoebox question on Ac compressor!

Shoebox question on Ac compressor! Sorry to bother you again. Ac was working fine but the alternator ate thru the line and caused a leak. I replaced the line with a new one and since I had the compressor out I decided to changed the oil in it . Without knowing where to put it I removed the 13 mm bolt you see in the pic and filled the hole with oil. Put all together just to find out the car does not blow cold anymore. The system does hold pressure. The clutch engages and so do the fans. Is this the right spot to fill with oil or is it something different?

I'm not an a/c expert, but I thought oil was added through the suction side of the compressor and circulated a little by hand before installing. If that is a drain plug, then maybe that is ok, too. I don't really know.
