Hey guys, I'm thinking of swapping my 1994 firebird lt1 with a 1997 firebird lt1. That includes the complete motor, 4l60e trans, and the computer from the 1994. Is there anything I would have to switch out from the motor? Also the 1994-1995 transmissions have the performance button. Does that make any difference?

i think there is a minor difference in the harnass. is the firebird M6?

Both cars have the 4l60e transmission but the 1997 trans am has no transmission. I want to all engine components from my car to the 97 because I have a tune and altered shift points.
