Has anyone seen a positive displacement blower for an LT1?

Has anyone seen a positive displacement blower for an LT1?
I know that common knowledge says to skip positive displacement blowers and to go Procharger, but I have no reservations about cutting my cowl, and want that wonderful blower whine under the hood. Has anyone seen a manifold and blower that bolts directly onto an LT1?
If not, even a fuel injection manifold for an old small block that could be converted over. Any input is appreciated!

I saw his website, and it was looking so promising. I was almost salivating at the idea of a blown forged 383, just think of the torque that would make! 3rd gear rolls would be insane, and that whine from under that hood would be incredible. I tried reaching out to the author of the site, still haven't heard back from him.
96LT1M6, if you do make a manifold, do you think you would be willing to sell copies? I would buy one in a heartbeat.

They did a lot of machining and engineering to make that piece. CAD software & Moulding. They weren't the first though there was someone else that stuffed an off the shelf blower on the LT1 by hacking up an intake and adapting a SBC blower onto it don't even recall who but it didn't put down much more hp than a N/A 393. Problem is those blowers don't make much power to compensate for all the work/body hacking needed to add them.
The LS1 has a roots blower for the Fbody but it's ridiculously expensive. http://www.hawksmotorsports.com/98-0...nacharger-kit/
I really like that super charger style and the sound they make is incredible but it's just not worth the trouble. They probably dropped that blower project above because it got too expensive that's a pretty high end piece they made complete with carbon fiber.

I would also be in the market for one. Missed an opportunity at a working prototype in the classifieds a couple years ago and regretted it ever since.
The guy from that site in the second post went by BBK in here but he peaced out a long time ago.

The manifold is really the only thing holding a LT1 style system back.
You can pick up eaton blowers from Cobras, Super Coupes and other factory blown cars pretty cheap.
I, like many, looked into how to do it but realistically for my purposes a roots blower would not be a good method to make reliable power. For autocross it would be fun, for road racing, not so much.

I got onto this idea when I saw a MP122 from a GT500 in my local classifieds for $450. If those things are good for 650 from the factory, I can't imagine it'd be too hard to pulley it out to 700 on top of a built LT1. Just imagine, procharger top end, big block low end, and more whine that the wives at a car show, all for $500, plus manifold/intercooler/plumbing costs. You could build a Hellcat fighting engine for under $10k.

yeah it would be hella cool. I wish the guy or maybe guys that started that roots project at would have at least sold the intake base they designed. That right there alone would be a hell of a headstart for the DIY give it a try.

Yea the base is definitely the magic sauce. Dude has a TON of money into designing and prototyping that thing so I'm still not 100% its dead...he may just be saving and aquiring funding for the next stage. That picture is on a running prototype car, so the parts are proven to work. Last I heard the issue was funds for a minimum order to start manufacturing.
He has dissapeared off the face of the earth at least three times before, sometimes for years before posting a random update. Website was cornelwebtech or something like that.

Ruken, I think you may be thinking of the sight referenced up top, Cornelwebtech. If someone could reach out to this guy, we may be able to convince him to get the manifolds going. I would definitely be willing to put up whatever amount would be needed for an initial run.
I think he used to go by the username NXSLT1 on here.

Like I said before his name on here was BBK

T/A Kid also made one and I think that's the one he sold in the classifieds.

Ah, my bad. I just reread your second post. I can't seem to find anything of his on here.
Edit: Just did, and got sucked into reading it for an hour. We really need to get a hold of this guy and get enough of a group assembled to purchase an initial run. This could really revamp the LT market, if it could be made to accept OEM Eaton units as well.
