Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone here is from Ontario Canada with LT4 heads and cam on an LT1.
Basically I just want to know if my car will still pass emissions tests if I go ahead with the mod.

I have a 355 with AFR heads and a 223/230 cam that passes emissions. It’s all in the tune. I do have a 24x conversion which makes it easier for the tuner to tune it though.

As they only do low idle tests it’s slightly easier to pass now. I am in Ontario Canada too. It sure sucks that 1997 is the threshold for the sniffer test I tell yea!

 

The LT4 H/C was a emission compliant engine from GM

All your emission system components need to be functioning

As mentioned....its all in the tune
