Default 94 Camaro z28 LT1 Check List

Hey guys! I finally put my motor back together from the heads and up. Is there a detailed check list I should do before I turn the key?

Everything you touched in removal, that you can get to, touch it again and make sure its tight, hooked up, connected etc. Bleed air from cooling system, oil full, all other fluids full, exhaust tight, intake hooked up and tight, plugs and wires good and routed well, fuel lines hooked up, etc. Pretty much a good visual should help you locate any possible issues before they become anything bigger.

Thank you! One more thing I was only able to insert 2 exhaust flange bolts out of three on the driver side and one on the passenger. What am I going to look forward too?

What bolts? The ones for the header/manifold into the head or for the y pipe? Regardless you're probably going to have an exhaust leak there.

A lot of noise and the possibility of blown exhaust manifold gaskets, if it's the exhaust manifold/header flanges you are referencing. If it is indeed the exhaust manifold/header flanges, what bolts are you using? Are you using headers?

you will have exhaust leak pre-02's....so PCM will command fuel and you will run rich

First find a way to attach all 3 flange bolts securely on both sides
