Default Should I go with a procharger or twin-turbo

Hello,
I have a 1994 Buick Roadmaster with an LT1. The original heads have been ported, the engine has been bored .375 over, larger throttle body (58mm) larger cam and forged internals. Between a procharger and twin-turbo, which one would take less time to install and wouldn't blow my engine?

Less time to install? Whatever one comes in a kit form for that car.

Which one won't blow your engine? They both can...

It would be awesome to do both, but I only have enough money to buy one.
