Default 6th gear huge problem.

Every gear minus 6th and reverse are perfect. I have a brand new stg2 clutch. So when I shift into 6th and begin to accelerate the shifter gets thrown around like crazy. I'm thinking the synchros or maybe forks? I'm not sure and need help.
Reverse gear likes to pop out occasionally as well. Thanks for the help!

My guess is a bent fork. You've been slamming gears a little bit too much?

Mine was not moving around but was shaking a little and noisy. Then not long after that the bearing on the reverse gear on the mainshaft went out.
Reverse popping out is common, you can flip the synchronizer hub to fix it because it only uses one side of it.
Check and make sure the shifter is not loose and that the shifter cup bushing is in good shape. If they both check out I would suggest having it inspected by a shop or pulling it apart for inspection, parts for the T56 can get expensive fast when it breaks.

No. I had drove the car for maybe 4 months after buying it and never slammed the gears I have to hit at least 60 before shifting into 6th and sounds like it's gonna bog out.

Years ago on the track I missed a 3rd to 4th shift and tried to force it. Had the same issue; no reverse or 6th. Turned out to a bent fork.
