Default Is this cam bearing good?

I got my cam out, and the front bearing looks a little odd from pictures I've seen. I'm not sure if this is something to worry about, but the sinking feeling in my stomach tells me it is

Wipe the oil out and take another pic. Other than scars from a cam install/removal, I think it looks pretty good. My cam bearing didn't have the notch in it though - not saying that's anything to worry about. There does look like a gouge in the bottom, but like I said - wipe the oil out and take another pic

I already wiped the oil out and it was still there. A little less noticeable, though. I already tossed the new cam in, I just need to get the old timing gear off the crank before I can reassemble everything.

If it were me and there were no wiped surfaces and/or rough edges around the bearing I'd be fine with it.

A small gear puller works well too.
