Default Got motor put together tonight. Have BIG problem

So tonight i finally got my motor back together. When i was filling the cooling system, water started to come out the back of the passenger side head. When i installed the crossover line i know the bolt threaded in properly when i started it. But it must have a bad thread in the head that caused the bolt to not want to install straight. So i was wondering if i can not easily fix this if i could put a plug in the back of the heads and make a crossover line for the front of the motor? This would save me from having to remove the heads.

You don't want to plug it - the rear of the block needs to vent. Get the old bolt out and examine the threads. shbox has the part numbers for the bolts and gaskets. http://shbox.com/1/Parts.htm search steam on his site to find it.

Yeah you want to do something like this:

I did something similar, my solution isn't as pretty though, I just used rubber hose over the an fittings.

Did you make sure to put the Hex key bolt on the side on the rear passenger head. Normally it has a bolt already but some times ppl take them out. Its where the coolant temp sensor goes.

i never took it out. I do know that it is coming from the steam pipe bolts to the head.
