You punch it out with a punch. Seriously.

Once you put connect it, bolt it back up have someone pump the living **** out of the clutch as you stand over the reservoir with brake fluid ensuring it does not run dry.
Hopefully that nasty **** on the boot is not your actual fluid...

I would first pre-bleed the new slave. Just put in a vice or something to hold it so the line end is up. fill slowly. you can gently pump the piston a 1/4" to assist any bubbles out.

Holding it so it is still pointed with that fill end up attach the braided line and insert roll pin. Now with the slave attached and hanging hand pump the slave with hand while someone else watches for bubbles at reservoir and he keeps that reservoir toped off. Make sure clutch pedal is all the way up so MC can pass air/fluid up to reservoir. Sometimes you may need to hold the pedal up with a bungie cord or something

FWIW the store brand slave I bought was exactly the same as OEM. Same marking and everything

I filled new slave with brake fluid, installed new rubber seal and roll pin. Hand pumped the slave like previously stated until all bubbles were gone in the MC, then bolted back up the SC. Perfect working clutch again!
