headers
somebody point me in the right direction for headers, ory for '94 K2500 5.7 TBI/Auto. Ive done a few 8nternet searches but looking for knowledge able input which way to go. thanks

Yeah, this thread needs to be moved to the SBC/BBC Specific forum area.
But... I've personally done Hedman 69440s. I have a pair of these on a 92 C1500. You'll have to unbolt the trans or cut the pass. side ear off the 700R4/4L60 to get the pass. side to fit through from the top. Sandblast the paint off them and use VHT header paint or similar and they'll last pretty well. No O2 bung though. I had one put on the driver's side, rear primary about 8-9" down from the exhaust port, about where the stock location is. Had to rotate the bung about 60* inboard so as not to interfere with the firewall (header primary reaches further back than the stock manifold). Offroad Y pipe, IDK. I went true duals with a fabricated trans crossmember. Used a stainless true dual kit from a non-ls1tech vendor meant for NBS trucks, just shaved it in a couple places. That kit has a bung for a wideband. PM me for details if you want.
