Exclamation 94' LT1 loss of performance and car won't shift

I recently pulled my car out of the side of the garage lol, and apparently it's got some issues.. It was and still is misfiring, bogging, and stuttering.. When I start my car cold it runs pretty decent but as soon as it warms up a bit it starts running up the RPM's and doesn't shift, misfires, pops, smokes out of the tail pipes, and loses most of its power. When the check engine light comes on when it's warm, it runs fine but as soon as it's gone it runs as stated above..
Replaced so far - Ignition Coil, Opti, Battery, Plugs and Wires, and the coolant temp sensor. Any ideas what I should do next?

Plug the car in and read the codes. It's trying to tell you what is wrong.

tried it, computer is messed up.. Not really looking to have to go buy a new one.. I know it'd be worth it but the check engine is only on for maybe 30 seconds at most while I'm driving..
