High idle

High idle Have a '96 LT1 fuel injected.
Problem is the car runs fine from cold start. Up to temp it runs fine and the idle drops to 1000rpm every time I stop.
When I turn the car off and start it up again the idle pops to 2000 and the car runs very rich. It stays there until I turn off car and let it cool right down. Not sure what's going on... new TPS, new Opti, looks like a new IAC. No codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install all those sensors, or are you saying they are new? You need to check the voltage of the TPS. Should be right around .7v closed and 5v open. If it is out of kilter it can cause a high/low idle. Your other culprit could be the IAC.
