possible bad opti?

possible bad opti? I got 383 lt1 with the 280xfi cam. car hasnt been tuned yet but idles like its only ruuning on 6 or 7 cylinders.. has brand new plugs wires all new sensors, new coil and icm.. everything. Opti is about a year old and was fine when i took it off and put it back on. Any ideas? car also has brand new fuel pump and injectors. its getting fuel, spark and has compression. Firing order is also correct.. ive checked it 3 times.

Again, answered you own question. Those items in combination require significant tuning, especially with the introduction of a cam.
