Default Two questions"

Messing around in the garage today I find and old original opti that is supposed to be bad and was used to run a DFI unit. I want to take it apart to check the guts. I have a butt load of sockets but none that small . What size it it? Smaller then 4mm. I regret throwing 4 or 5 original optis away over the years for getting wet during water pump changes and doing head gaskets etc.
Secondly, I have a box of lifters which are supposed mixed. One set each OEM and a set Comp Rs. They all look the same with no markings to differentiate. How do I know what is what?

If you're talking about removing the cap, it's an E4 female torx socket.

Throttle body plate screws have the same E4 torx head but require a male bit to remove. You can actually rig up a combination of nuts/wing nuts on the threads of the throttle body plate screw to make an opti tool out of.

... or just use small vice grips on the end of the TB plate torx screw.
