Swap T56 to A4

Swap T56 to A4 I've done a search, but everything shows going from an auto to manual. Question is, what do I need to do this? I know the PCM needs to be reflashed, I need cooler lines, I would guess wiring (not sure what exactly), and of course interior parts and the transmission. Can anyone advise what else would be needed? On a scale of 1 to 10 how hard is this logistically?

The trans connections are part of the engine harness. MHO is to get a harness from an automatic. The only direct swap harness will be from another 1995. You will want to check to see if your radiator has the cooler ports on it. If it was a factory M6, it might not.
