Vented or non vented will NOT cause any issues like that as far as i know. Vent was to remove heat and vapor build up, but those just contributed to premature failure, not really causing running issues. However, i cant say for sure 100%. Opti's summon demons.

How is it dying? Just cuts off? Dieseling?

What else has been removed?

What parts did you use for what? 95 computer, wiring harness, MAF sensor, etc.? Did you use the 95 fuel injectors or the 93? I seem to recall 93's used 22 lb/hr, 95 used 24 lb/hr. I can't think of any other sensor differences off-hand, assuming you're using the 95 O2 sensors.

A bad ICM can cause the car to die when warm.

Fuel pump too. Coil too. Fortunately there's a way to test them.
To test the coil:

Are you using the 95 fuel rail with this engine? You can test fuel pressure by renting a fuel gauge from any parts store. For 95 optimal fuel pressure is 43.5psi. If you're using the 93PCM and injectors and such I have no idea what the pressure should be. I'm sure you can find that info doing a search.
