Burtn #6 and #8 , probably more ready to go. Installed pacesetter shorties....they were free....removed emissions stuff, getting tuned soon.
But, need new wires. Looking for advice, everything seems 5+ years old, seeing if anything has changed.

Before, I just got the MSD set you gotta cut to length and crimp the ends. But, I didnt have any looms, and routed them kinda ugly. I want to make it look cleaner. Are these still good to go, or should I get the cut to length kit, and my own Smoothie Separators? These seem like they are all the same length, not sure how I feel about that. I dont want to have to loop up excess, thinking the cut to length would still be a better idea. What have you guys been doing lately?

I made my own wires using MSD components and Made4You looms. I used Heat Guard, shrink wrap etc. If I were to do it again, I might try a more conventional approach to avoid running them over the valve covers. It works well I guess, but I'm not sure I love the way it looks. I guess keeping the wires from burning is the most important thing.
Did Holley buy MSD?

So, Im gonna go ahead and do my own with those looms. I already hate these pipes, they are so ugly. But they came with the parts car, and my manifolds were jacked. So, they went on. And burnt my wires, thought I routed them good enough, but I guess they shifted after going to work and back. ALready been looking for deals to replace them, rubbing my steering shaft even after beating a huge divot into them. Just a bullshit pain.

Demonsmokr, I would only sell them at a premium lol!!! the macs are the best mids your gonna find and there isnt any proof that they dont perform as good as a long tube header. I might question them on a 500hp motor but they might only lose 10hp over longtubes even at that hp level. I want to a dyno comparing these vs longtubes.
