I ran mine with out heads. I dynoed 350 rwhp through shitty midlength headers at MMT in rockwall tx. I was leaning out bad too. I defently recomend a tune with this cam. While you can drive it with out it it sucks. I got 9 miles to the gallon and the funmes where pretty rough do defently get a tune.
