New build won’t idle. 
Hey guys. Fired up my newly rebuilt LT1 and having problems getting it to idle. The 1995 obd1 computer and engine combo functioned properly before the rebuild. However, the optispark is new to this mix. The signal voltages at the ICM and opti harness are spot on. I pulled the plugs and 1,7,4,6 are a little wet. 3,5,2,8 are a little sooty. So, it seems like voltage to the plugs varies at every other plug in the firing order. Any ideas on what I should look at?
