Default Diagnosing no dash/hvac lights

You guys have been supportive & great so far & maybe need to refresh on my diag or the lack there of skills but as the title says. Pulled the dimmer switch out cleaned it up and nothing. Headlights will come on, and rear view mirror lights come on and that’s about it. Nothing else is operating on that panel. All fuses are good, grounds routed to them look good, and relays check to be good. 🤔 any ideas?

hoping it’s not the switch itself. Hoping I can rig it if it is the switch without buying a new one.

It's easy to test the dimmer switch with a multimeter. Unplug it, turn the **** up all the way to max, and check resistance across pins A and D. It should be close to 0. If it's open, the switch is bad. Also pull the I/P dimmer fuse and check for 12v on one of the connectors with the headlights on and dimmer switch at max. It will help to narrow things down.
