Default Loss of power

Ok try this again. I purchased a 96 trans am for my son around this time last year. Only had 60k miles on it and I only paid 600.00 for the car. The car belonged to a deceased person and it literally sat since 98

When we first got it home we replaced all the sensors and plugs wires fluids battery.

Couldn't get it to start had several people look at it still nothing then a friend dumped half a can of starter fluid in the car and it literally sounded like a shotgun going off.

A family of squirrels had buried literally thousands of walnuts in the exhaust. They shot out everywhere.

After that it started great sounds amazing however I didn't drive it at that time because the 24 yr old tires were dry rotted and flat.

After that I ended up having several surgeries and I am just now getting it finished.

Got new tires on it and pulled out in reverse it's fine however going forward it's really rough.

Seems like something Is holding it back.
The previous owner put a lot of stuff in the car it's got almost every mod possible.

I was thinking of two possible things one the cats have been removed he put in a high dollar magna flow exhaust.

He has delete chips in the plugin on the passenger side port that the o2 sensor should go in.

Same with transmission

But drivers side o2 is hooked up to the factory port.

The passenger side and transmission o2'sensors are still on the car just not plugged in.

Is that correct?

The second thing is could it be possible I still have walnuts in the exhaust causing a error?

Thank you

One other thing.
We replaced the fuel pump and when we did I noticed the evap canister is disconnected.

The way it is set up is main fuel line is correct return line is going back in the tank where evap should go. Line that should go to evap is just hanging.
