My guess, you would take Pin 1, and go straight to a +pwm out of holley.

That being said, I am not a EE and I do not have experience out my -pwm setup.

 

If you're using a CWA400 then:

Pin 1, connect to PWM (-) and to a 1k ohm 12V pull up

Pin 2 not necessary
Pin 3 12v battery
Pin 4 chassis ground

this is the way Honda K users hook them up. These pumps are designed to be used with low side or high side , the pwm input on the pump already has a 10k pull down resistor
PWM + you would just switch pin 1 to 1k ohm pull down
