Torco and nitrous
The 224TMP is the original iso-octane with an octane value of 100, the basis for all octane values. It's a stable fuel though not the best for response or power due to having a low vapor pressure and high boiling point.
The MMT is your octane booster here. It works in a similar fashion to tetra-ethyl lead (TTL) to increase octane. Don't let this stuff get on your hands (or anything else) as it is very toxic.
I think there's also a very small splash of naphtha in it as well which is likely just there as a stabilizer. The reason they say no methanol is likely due to limitations in flow on the fuel side. Methanol requires a lot of fuel volume for stoich so there would be worry of it going lean if the fuel side of the system just can't flow enough. They may also be worried about corrosion.
As a side note, the use of MMT fuel additive will show up as a high manganese wear concentration in a used oil analysis. If you submit an oil sample for analysis, make sure that's noted.
