EGR Plates
If it were me I'd keep the EGR on if running a stock cam. Once you go to something more aggressive than stock I'd delete it. You can fix any fuel issues through a tune, BUT I can't really recall anyone having trouble removing the EGR with the stock cam and having fuel issues. Sorry, I'm old and have trouble remembering things from five minutes ago...
