O2 sensor problem I have a 97 ws6. I know it's a lt1, but I can't get anyone to respond at lt1tech.com so I thought since you guys have been so helpful with my valve spring problem I would throw this one at you. I have a bad front 02 sensor on the pass. side. I bought one from a guy on this sight. It has a square plug on it but the car has a flat plug connected to the sensor then it goes from there to a Y where a another harness comes in. A few inches down that harness is the same plug as my 02 sensor I bought. Can I plug my 02 sensor in there. I tried it and reset the pcm and the light went out and it ran good until it warmed up and the SES light came back on and it started running bad again. The guy I bought it from wasn't 100% sure if it the sensor worked. I only paid $7 for it so if it was bad I was only out $7. Basically I need to know if I need to buy a new 02 sensor or not. Thanks,

does the sensor you bought have a long pigtail to the plug? if so that sensor you have is for the rear O2 sensor. the flat plug is the front sensor. so you need to find out if its the front or rear O2 thats bad. then you need to get the correct o2.
