Rear end fill plug thread size

Rear end fill plug thread size Anyone know? I’m not 100% sure yet if the vent tube is clogged but my pinion seal keeps leaking after the 2nd time replacing it. Reason I ask is if it is clogged I’m thinking on making a larger & longer vent tube (8 inches) out of the fill hole because I’m not sure what else to do. All the hard parts look to be in good condition.

Making a vent tube that starts at the level of the fill plug would end up with a lot of differential fluid being spewed out. Why not just check the actual vent tube and unclog it if it is plugged? Seems like that would be a whole lot simpler thing to do.
