Had a similar issue and it was the TCC valve in the valvebody like mentioned in post #4

The tuner got ahold of me and wants data to see if there is any tuning that can fix this..
Otherwise, I will call Dana and see what options for testing etc can be done in this 93 specific transmission. Its a corvette, and even the TV cable adjustment is not like any other with the ASR system.. Its easy, just not the norm..

Okay, I did some long datalogging at the speeds it was surging, bucking whatever its called. Its annoying. On the TTS datamaster it shows one area where it may be causing this, low MAP HG of around 12-15 in the rpm range it was happening around 16-1700 rpms, 50 mph give or take with less than 5% TPS voltage was also around.7 to .78 sh.
Closed spark TPS timing to is 34, but right after it opens its at about 38. I think this may be it and the closed timing needs to be raised? or the other needs to be lowered. I can see it fluctuating at speed, as I was trying to maintain speed the best I can.
Tuner has the data. I will see what they say.. Interesting the timing is moving around quite a bit right off of Zero Throttle to 2 then 4 %. It goes up to 6 degrees change rapidly.

Tuner came back and set it needs to have CTS fixed as I had a code 15.. Damn it.. When I scanned it I had nothing.
So, replaced it, coed is gone. I will redo runs.. Old sensor was 2500 ohms at 70 degrees, 560 ohms at 210 degrees, 9600 at 41.
Here is the chart I used from many years ago to test accuracy. I used an AC Delco this time. Last one was Standard.
