Default Coolant Pressure while Not Running

I've never seen this before. I can pull off the radiator cap after sitting all night and there's pressure. Then, I put the cap back on and, without starting it, there's pressure in the cooling system again the next day. Any one know what causes this? Maybe something to do with the block filler I'm running? It's garage kept so the temp changes aren't too wild.

I can only guess it's some sort of thermal expansion. Are you running a block heater?
