From the part numbers list on my website:

1995-1997 1LE intake elbow
(for vented opti) 25147187

You might be able to find one, but I think it is discontinued by GM.

That's the non-vented opti version. I assumed he had a 95 by his screen name. Still, could be used in a pinch by poking a hole in it for the opti hose.

I saw Dorman makes a non-vented opti reproduction as well but I don't know if they make one for a vented opti. I think you might have to use a metal one OP.

Oh, I did miss that.....

Looks like the ones with the opti intake hole are harder to find. Drilling a small hole where the ribs cross each other on the top of the elbow might be a good work around to install the opti intake hose. Just don't drill it too big....start real small and go up. Below is where I would put the hole. Also make sure the opti hose does not stress the intake hole. Don't want it to tear the intake. I think the ribs will be the strongest location for it...so hopefully won't tear easy.

I do see the dorman one....none of the freaking pictures of it show the top of the thing.

I personally like the aluminum ones better. They just look cleaner. If the aluminum is too non OE looking, spray some semi gloss black engine paint on it. For the same money I want something that will not tear or rip.

A silicone 90 elbow with a 4" and 3.5" openings with legs long enough to trim to the appropriate dimensions would also work well. Poke a small hole in it for the opti vent and drill a hole big enough to just get the IAT into it. A black silicone 90 coupler is about $30. Most come with nice stainless T clamps as well.

I’m trying to fix the original with Flex seal but dont think it will work too well. Been looking at the aluminum ones but i dont see a hole for the vented opti. Anyone else change this out and know of a good aftermarket solution for a vented opti car?

I've never used one but it looks like the aftermarket elbows are designed for both unvented and vented and you drill a hole for the vented ones:

I may be in the minority, but I prefer the appearance of the stock elbow. It would be easy enough to modify one for a 93-94 model.
