My gas tank is leaking onto my paint after everytime I fill up. I had my pump replaced to match my 383 fuel needs.

Is there a way to even adjust the tank? Loosen the passenger side strap? I have the straps pretty snug. It didnt leak before the pump swap. It also now seems to overfill at the pump everytime now (I fill it on the slowest setting and stop when it clicks).

Any help would be appreciated!!! See pics below.
