Default 94 firebird formula won’t start or crank

I have formula that just died on me after I drove it a whole day after getting it from the mechanic he put in motor mounts and put back in the drivetrain after it was taken out to fix the mounts, now I turn the key and nothing happens no noises or anything, battery is good and alternator is new my mechanic did say that the starter isn’t getting current. any ideas?

Its unclear whether it died while you were driving it or if it just wouldn't start later after it was parked.
If your battery and ground cables are 30 y/o original equipment, I'd start there. You need a good stout connection to get starter amps and if it was marginal before, maybe it just finally burned up. Else maybe your mechanic left something loose. Another option is the starter switch - those contacts and wires can eventually burn up, Now that its broken, see where the voltage is getting lost.

These cars have fuseable links, check them.

Check to ensure battery terminals are on tight. Check battery cables and check the distribution block on the passenger inner fender to ensure the fasteners are tight.
