94 firebird formula won’t start or crank
If your battery and ground cables are 30 y/o original equipment, I'd start there. You need a good stout connection to get starter amps and if it was marginal before, maybe it just finally burned up. Else maybe your mechanic left something loose. Another option is the starter switch - those contacts and wires can eventually burn up, Now that its broken, see where the voltage is getting lost.
