Default LT1 Braided fuel line HELP!

Hi, so I'm new here, and I have a couple of questions because I'm lost lol, okay so I have a 1995 LT1 Trans Am, I have 2x 6AN 3/8 Connectors and 2x 6AN 5/16 Connectors but I have absolutely NO clue what hose to get, obviously 6AN yes but there's several kind lol, there is a 5/16 6AN CPE Hose, I do not wanna use PTFE, and there is a 3/8 6AN CPE Hose, which one am I supposed to get? Both? Just a 3/8? I am actually lost and alot of these threads just say 6AN Connectors with 6AN Fuel line, thank you for the help!

Why would you not want to use PTFE?

Long as you are aware the rubber lined stuff will degrade and eventually start smelling of fuel.

Are you trying to do fuel tank to fuel rail in braided AN lines?

From the hard lines under the car and up to the hard lines on the intake

Just do yourself a favor and get PTFE hose. I had NEVER made hoses in my life and plumbed my entire fuel system front to back with -8 and -6 PTFE hose with no special tools. It's extremely easy, I really don't get why people struggle with it.

My only current struggle right now is there's a 3/8 connection and a 5/16 IDK if I need to look for just ANY 6AN hose or a 3/8 specifically and 5/16 specifically

No. Just use the correct adapter fittings. Your car isn't making the kind of power where fuel line size matters at all. You could put a -4 feed line on it and it would be fine. Not that I'd recommend that, but you could. Use -6 for both.

HotRod Fuel Hose is PTFE hose and super easy to work with, I had great luck with their product when I re did the lines on my 95 from tank to engine.

Factory uses PTFE. I recommend using that.
