thanx for the welcome...as for dyno numbers i have no idea i still need to get a tune done on it...and track numbers i hit a 13.4@106 with a burnt plug wire...lol...kinda sucked cuz 1st gear still wasnt hooking with the BFG drag radials then the 1-2 shift they would break loose again so i dunno what i could hit with good traction...oh ya and the sixties were 2.2...i hope to hit a decent 12 all motor once i get the Lt4 hot cam...

Do not buy the hot cam a.k.a the "not" cam. It is very outdated and for all the noise it produces is not worth it. My suggestion to you if you are going to go with a cookie cutter cam...(read not custom grind)....get the GM 847 cam...its $209 and is a much better choice regarding performance...especially with heads like your car has...a low 12 should be easily attainable and with some weight reduction and a real good 60 12.0s maybe.

Well the specs are very similiar to the Comp Cams 306 which I have recently installed in a friends 97 Z. Even untuned his ran decent and its an automatic. The 847's cam has the same LSA...112...a little more lift .580ish and is a heck of a lot cheaper than the CC306. I would say the 847 with a pcmforless tune and/or the tune you already have...if you have one....and that should def put you 12's. Actually your setup right now should be into twelves. You just need a better sixty foot time. Dang those 10 bolts they are crap man...lol.. Good luck.
