I'm converting my son's '94 T/A to E85. The car has some mild mods: 218/228 cam, ported stock heads, 52mm throttle body, shorty headers, Walbro 255 fuel pump. My tuner said we should be running 36-42 lb. injectors for the E85 conversion. I'd be interested in the experience on this board as to which injectors I should get. I don't want to spend a whole lot of money if I can help it, but I don't want to get sh*tty parts either.

 

Go to any junkyard that has a 3800 supercharged engine and pull the injectors. These will be 0280155811 / 0280155737. Then send them out to be flowed and cleaned.
Or spend $420 on a set of FAST 36 injectors 303608 which are the same exact injectors.

I scored six of these injectors. Just need two more. Is there a place you'd recommend for cleaning and flow testing?

 

There should be some local places to you that can do it.
