Hazard Light Switch Replacement
Are you sure it's the switch? The turn signals and hazards have separate relays.
No way to get around it. You have to disassemble a portion of the steering column to get to the switch. Great video that walks you through the column disassembly. It looks intimidating at first but is pretty easy especially once you have done it a time or two.
