exhaust noise

cat-converter rattle? a squeak like crickets chirping is coming under my car, if you shut the door you will hear the sound. It comes one regardless of WOT or just idling. Could it be the cat-converter. any quick fixes, should i worry about this (i.e. does it mean that my exhaust is gonna fall off?)

Found the rattle - now whats the fix? Posted a couple days ago about a rattle - its coming from an exhaust hanger for the pipe that flows into the muffler. It looks a somewhat rusted out, though some of it is still supporting it. heres the question; since its an aftermarket corsa and the part thats rusted is the part thats welded onto the pipe, any cheap or good fixes that can be done?

reweld it. are you sure its the corsa? corsa is stainlees steel it wont rust. and part of the corsa system uses factory hangers. actually the two hangers closest to the muffler are factory hangers. if its the factory hanger just get a new one and a new bolt and replace it.
